Man with frequent urination, urine dripping, kidney deficiency and premature ejaculation restored youth after two years of treatment
Prostatic hypertrophy, also known as prostatic hyperplasia, is a common disease in elderly men. Generally, men after the age of fifty may have the disease. Early symptoms include frequent urination, increased urination at night and later difficulties such as urinary incontinence, hematuria and urinary retention (urinary in the bladder cannot be totally excreted), etc. At a late stage, the enlarged prostate presses the urethra in the middle and lead to obstruction, then damages renal functions, which could cause systemic uremia in severe cases. The male patient in this medical case suffered from prostatic hypertrophy discovered a year ago. When he first came to see me in 2008, he was 54 years old and medical reports showed that his Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA value) had exceeded the normal level.
Since his father died of prostate cancer, he was very worried. When I first saw him, his face was rather red, his hands were warm, but his feet were cold. He suffered from frequent urination and urine dripping. Biopsy showed a benign result. Having frequent nocturnal emission, he often suppressed his sexual desire to avoid the loss of sperms which he thought could affect his physical fitness. In 1991, he had lithotripsy to remove his kidney stone. He couldn’t sleep well at night, but the situation improved slightly after taking six-ingredient rehmannia pills. His left kidney capsule felt heavy, his groin was sore, his waist and back were painful, his knee joints were weak and there was also pain in his popliteals and heels. For many years, he had a dull pain in his left, upper and apex atrium in his chest, indicating a blockage in his heart by large amount of necrotic heart cells. He often felt tight and tugged in his shoulders and neck. His head inclined to the right. On working days, his eyes started to feel tired and dry with his eyesight becoming unclear at about 4 pm. His sexual function had started to deteriorate for some time with slack scrotum. Nocturnal penile tumescence had not been experienced for a long time, and premature ejaculation often occurred during intercourse. I diagnosed him with weaknesses in his heart and kidneys which needed treatment as soon as possible.
Slept well on the first day of medicine taking
After taking the medicine on the first day, he was able to sleep soundly at night until dawn. When he woke up, his urination was strong and the volume was large. He urinated less frequently, his stiff shoulders and neck felt relaxed, his back pain was relieved, the pain in his knees and heels reduced by 80% and the discomfort in his groin also decreased. His heartbeat significantly accelerated. His head felt a little swollen with blood reaching his brain, indicating that the medicine was opening up his brain blockage. The urine he brought in for the first follow-up visit was dark brown, indicating accumulated blood stasis in his brain, and orange, indicating blood stasis discharged from his myocardium.
After that, he continued to drink the medicine. He was energetic and nocturnal penile tumescence, which had not been experienced for a long time, returned. His scrotum became tightened with improvements in sexual activities. There was nocturnal emission once and the pain in his groin had soon disappeared, indicating that his blocked vas deferens had been opened. His chest pain also improved with the feeling gradually becoming mild. His dryness was relieved with increased secretions from his salivary and lachrymal glands. His whole body, including his hands and feet, became warm. At the third follow-up visit, he excitedly detailed his progresses, saying that the past two days were his best days in the past few months. His job required him to climb up stairs. In the past, climbing up three floors already made him out of breath, but this had not happened recently. Before taking the medicine, his urethra was pressed and his urination was unsmooth that he had to rub his lower abdomen to help. Now urination had become smooth without dripping. Nocturnal urination had also decreased. In the past, he suffered from unspeakable misery as he had to wake up three times every night and could not sleep well.
The patient’s wife asked me for how long the treatment would take. I said it depended on the PSA indicator. The reading had to fall below 4 and the swollen tissue had to shrink. The patient’s semen continued to become less thick with improving strength in spermatization, indirectly indicating that his prostate had been gradually recovering.
Bladder tissue discharged through urination
Due to the improvement in his heart, he could sleep even during daytime. When he took a train to Shenzhen, he fell asleep during the journey. Without knowing that he had reached the terminal, he was woken up by the cleaners. He said he had not fallen asleep on trains for a long time. This indicated that his physical conditions had greatly improved in just one month of treatment. At the fourth follow-up consultation, one of the bottles of urine brought in by the patient had a thin layer of white tissue. I told him it was the surface of the bladder wall. Since his kidney was strengthened, the old membrane was removed and discharged through his urethra. The new membrane, being more elastic, could hold more urine. The colours of the urine samples he brought in this time had changed a lot. They were dark red-purple (liver stagnation), pink (necrotic heart cells), light dark green (liver endotoxin), light orange (heart stasis) and others.
Up to the fifth follow-up visit, the patient had slept well. His complexion was good, his forehead was bright and his cheeks were flushed. As soon as he sat down, he started saying that his condition was particularly good in the past three days. One of the urine samples he brought in had white liver fat (excreted from his fatty liver), while another had the inner sarcolemma of bladder discharged for the second time, and another had transparent round-shaped sticky objects, which should be the semen that flew back into the bladder when he refrained from spermatization during intercourse. I explained to him that this was harmful. Semen must be completely discharged as remaining semen in the body could cause inflammation. The pain and numbness in various parts of his body had completely disappeared, with only a little pain remaining in his back near his heart. He thought it was a stomach-ache, but I thought it was caused by his heart’s being pressurized by his stomach after eating. As the liver opens up to the eyes, the improvement of his liver had brightened his eyes and his vision had become much clearer than before.
The patient went to Kwong Wah Hospital for a follow-up blood test. The PSA indicator was 13.1, two degrees lower than his previous test at a private laboratory. This was a piece of positive news, but since the two tests were conducted by different institutions and the figures were so close, the accuracy was questionable, so I asked him to take another test in two weeks in the laboratory I referred. Western doctors had also examined his prostate and hypertrophy was still found. I thought this was due to his habit of spermatization refrain. A few days before the seventh follow-up visit, he played table tennis quite vigorously. He felt that his physical fitness was good and he could handle it. His blood pressure dropped, but he had a mild headache, which became fine after a while. At the tenth follow-up visit, he brought in a new examination report. His PSA further dropped to 10.67. Within two and a half months, the index dropped by 4.4, an average of 2 degrees per month. Based on this rate of progress, I estimated the index should reach the normal level of below 4 in three more months. He was very happy to hear that.
Energetic and sexual activities improved
“Everything is getting better.” The patient said with a smile at the thirteenth follow-up visit. In the past few days, he felt a warm current swirling in his lower abdomen, which was very comfortable. This phenomenon indicated the medicine was working and opening up his blocked energy channels. As his eyesight had improved significantly, he won several snooker games in a row. He said that this was attributable to his good eyesight. The most unexpected thing was that even his temper had changed. He became more tolerant recently, treated his wife better and seemed joyful when he spoke. This was related to the gradual soothing of his liver and adequate sleep. Since the patient’s semen was sticky, I taught him to masturbate once a week to accelerate metabolism. It really worked and the thickness of his semen had gradually returned to normal.
The patient was filled with energy. In addition to vigorous exercises such as table tennis, his sexual performance also advanced by leaps and bounds. During erection, his penis became large and firm, the black skin on his glans returned to pink. His conditions had restored to those ten years ago, or “even better” as he described himself. At the 15th follow-up visit, the patient said there was a slight pain in his lower abdomen which rhythmically beat like a needle, but it was not too uncomfortable. There was also some pain in his left groin, which should be his vas deferens, indicating the drugs were opening up his blocked vas deferens. In addition, there were herpes on his lower abdomen, which disappeared after applying topical medicine.
One month later, the patient took another blood test, showing his PSA value bounced slightly to 12.73. I thought it might indicate the removal of deeply accumulated stasis and toxins after the strengthening of the heart. This kind of ups and downs usually occurred and steady progresses would be seen later. At the twentieth follow-up consultation, the patient brought in an ultrasound examination report, showing no major change in his prostate. I explained that his prostate had become swollen as a result of long-term spermatization refrain and weak cells and tissues could not be strengthened all of a sudden. However, secretions in his prostate could be discharged along with spermatization. With no more accumulation and pressure, the feeling of swelling disappeared and he always felt cool in his lower abdomen.
Physical fitness greatly improved
After further treatment, the patient always felt cool and comfortable in his body after taking the medicine. His physical strength had increased greatly. He used to feel tired after playing a table tennis game, but now he could play two games without fatigue. When he practised Eight Brocades Exercise, he felt his fingers swelling with strong a blood flow and abundant energy.
Towards the end of the treatment, the patient’s PSA value fluctuated from time to time. The patient asked me why it didn’t drop. My answer was that the situation varied from person to person. An increase in PSA did not necessarily indicate a cancer. There had been improvements in various aspects during the treatment period in the past two years, especially his sexual function. Urination was better than before. Though it was rather weak and not quite smooth in the morning, it became normal throughout the day. Therefore, although his prostate was enlarged, the functions had not degenerated. This was especially true as his ability to ejaculate during orgasm had been greatly enhanced. I explained with a counter-evidence approach: if a high PSA indicated a possible cancer, the cancer cells should have spread from the prostate to other organs within the past two years. Why had it not developed into prostate cancer yet? The patient said Western doctors had suggested aspiration to extract tissue for testing. I strongly opposed to this invasive test because the needle would pass through the anus and pierce the intestinal tract to enter the prostate, which would cause infection by various bacteria in feces in intestinal tract. I especially reminded him to think carefully.
Soon, the patient had another PSA test and this time the figure dropped back to 10.7, a 4-degree drop in a row, indicating the situation was very good. Not long after that, he told me that he wanted to stop taking medicine. I agreed and asked him how he felt. He said that he felt like having returned to the state fifteen years ago and felt much younger. This medical case is another successful example. Although his PSA value had not dropped back to normal, all the functions of his body had returned to normal. The patient was first diagnosed on 2 February 2008 and the treatment ended on 22 May 2010, spanning a total of two years and four months with 117 visits.
