Frail Elderly Suffer from Multiple Diseases Prostate Improvement Rejuvenation
The man’s hair was grey and sparse, and his face was red, and it was obvious that he had hypertension. He was sixty-six years old and came to see me to treat a high prostate-specific antigen (PSA) level (PSA level is mainly a measure of toxins). He had had a prostate slice test through intestinal puncture and no cancer cells were found. He also said that he had suffered from high blood pressure for more than ten years and had been taking blood pressure pills for a long time, hence, had not had morning erections for a long time. He had tried to have intercourse sometimes but was unable to. His scrotum was loose, and the testicles were hanging, which was an indication of kidney impairment. Fatty liver problems were found a few years ago and the AST level in liver enzymes was higher than normal. Recently there has been frequent flatulence in the stomach, which was caused by the liver going against the spleen and stomach. He had to urinate two to three times every night, thus sleep quality was bad. He had difficulty holding his urine and his urination was weak, it would flow out slowly. This phenomenon was caused by insufficient kidney qi, which resulted in the lack of elasticity of the bladder. A piece of muscle in front of his left thigh, the size of a bowl, was feeling numb. It should be related to the heart. There was insufficient blood going to the brain. Once the heart was strengthened and the blood stasis removed, the illness would then be eliminated.
In summary, since patient had hypertension, there should be blockages in the brain. Due to a weak heart, blood could not reach to the entire brain, numbing the corresponding right thigh muscles. Also, patient having fatty liver problem, meant that there was stasis and toxin blockages in the liver, causing flatulence in the stomach. Long-term use of antihypertensive pills had caused the heart rate to drop, leading to insufficient blood supply to brain cells and inability to produce different hormones required by the body, and finally decline of sexual desire and absence of morning erection. Prostate with an accumulation of too much semen that could not be discharged would deteriorate, causing the cells to mutate and PSA level to rise. To restore health, the sexual function has to be restored to normal. Through masturbation or intercourse, old semen could be discharge and renewed, PSA level would then be returned to normal.
The day after taking the medicine, strength in legs increased greatly
A week after patient’s first visit, he came back for a follow-up visit. He said that the day after he took the medicine, he walked up the hundred-step street in Sheung Wan. Normally he could only walk up to sixty steps before his would be out of strength and could hardly lift them. He would have to stop and rest for a few minutes. However, on that day, he was able to go up more than eighty steps and did not feel tired at all. In the morning of the second and third days, he experienced morning erection again. The first time was in a semi-soft state, the second time was slightly worse. When examined, he found that the scrotum was contracted and firm. He still urinated two to three times a night. His head felt swollen with stabbing pain, and he could not sleep until four or five in the morning. When he woke up in the morning, he felt that the area of the numbness in his left thigh had shrunk, about 70% better. The excessive redness in his face had also improved. The complexion of his forehead had returned to normal, only the cheeks were slightly red. However, his urination was still a weak flow, although his ability to his urine was slightly better. The latest blood test report showed that the liver enzyme index was normal, the creatinine acid, total cholesterol and blood lipids were also normal. The patient said that one night after taking the medicine, his stomach was very painful, it felt bloated and was very uncomfortable. The following day, the symptoms disappeared. I think that was not stomach pain. It was a pain caused by the process of the liver discharging blood stasis. Among the urine samples patient brought, two bottles were light orange-brown in color, one was dark green and three were light yellow.
In the third follow-up visit, patient’s complexion was good and his eyes were bright. His weak hair suddenly stood up, elasticity restored and he looked younger. Upon careful observation, the blood must have reached the scalp after the blood pressure went up, moisturizing the hair follicles and restoring the hair elasticity. As for his sleep quality, he was still not able to sleep well in the past week, mainly because after the medicinal effect reached the head, blood vessels expanded and headaches appeared. I believe that there must be a lot of blockages in his head. Due to poor sleep, there was no morning erection each morning. Among the urine samples he brought, two bottles were dark brownish red in color, indicating that it was blood stasis discharged out of the liver, hence, flatulence in the stomach persisted.
The state of intercourse gradually improved
Patient continued to take the medicine. His sexual function gradually recovered and intercourse reaction has greatly improved, a result of strengthened liver and kidneys after three weeks. I suggested that he have sex once a week to discharge the long-accumulated semen in the prostate. I also told him to observe the viscosity and color of the semen at the same time. In the seventh follow-up visit, patient told me that he had gone to the public hospital for a follow-up visit, during which his blood pressure was found to be much higher than normal and the doctor wanted him to be admitted to the hospital for observation. He refused and told the doctor that he was taking Chinese medicine and that the Chinese medicine doctor said a rise in blood pressure was a normal reaction. He further told the doctor that his body felt good, his spirit was good and there was no need to prescribe Western medicine for him.
Due to a reduction in headaches, his sleep quality has improved a bit. However, his urination remained weak and there was a burning sensation when he urinated. I told him it was because of his enlarged prostate forcing the middle urethra to narrow. As with having intercourse, it still happened but the hardness of the sexual organ was insufficient. The ejaculated semen was white and the scrotum was somewhat loose. Belching and farting have reduced. There was no more discomfort in the liver area, but there was still some burning sensation in the area that was numb on the right thigh.
Patient’s condition continued to improve. In the tenth follow-up visit, patient’s urination has improved. Except for the night, the daytime urination has been smooth. His urine could be discharged in one go and did not need to take over a minute like before. This proved that his kidney qi has improved, and the bladder has gradually regained its elasticity. As for the PSA index, it has been reduced by almost two degrees and the effect was good. Walking up the hundred-step street, patient could walk to the top in one breath without stopping to rest. His heart strength was constantly improving, not feeling a tight chest and pain anymore. He defecated several times a day. He tried to have intercourse last week but couldn’t due to the sex organ being soft. In terms of his blood pressure, it was still on the high side.
Good appetite and clear vision
In the twelfth follow-up visit, patient said that he had a good appetite recently. This was because the liver has excreted a lot of fat (fat present in the fatty liver) and blood stasis, and then re-grew new cells. Besides, an improved liver led to improved vision. He did not have to wear reading glasses when reading and when watching TV, the Chinese subtitles were clearer than before. Last week, he slept for a little longer, sleeping for four hours a night. However, after waking up to pee at night, it was difficult to fall asleep again. At the thirteenth follow-up visit, the urine samples he brought had different colors, including dark brownish red, orange red, dark green and light yellow. The whole person was in good spirits and his complexion was rosy.
After nearly three months of treatment, patient’s number of nighttime urination began to decrease and his sleep quality continued to improve. He also noticed that the melasma on his forearms and body had suddenly disappeared. I told him that it was a result of the gradual improvement of the liver. The numb part of his left thigh began to regain consciousness because the corresponding cranial nerve that was blocked before was gradually opened by the power of the medicine. Whereas, morning erections did not reappear for a long time, and the scrotum contracted more and was more firm.
At the seventeenth follow-up visit, patient said that his sleep quality was getting better and better. He could fall asleep around midnight, waking up at around three o’clock to urinate and falling back to sleep after an hour and a half. His amount of sleep only increased every day unabated. He felt energetic and agile during the day. His complexion was good. By the nineteenth follow-up visit, the area of numbness on his right thigh reduced further again. A few days before he went to the public hospital for a follow-up visit. His blood pressure was still high, but he did not take Western medicine to lower blood pressure.
When patient’s friends saw him, all said that his complexion was very good and he looked younger. His semen viscosity was still relatively thin. He could only ejaculate once and the rest would just flow out. I supposed the prostate was weak and unable to contract and ejaculate when the orgasm appeared. He noticed that recently he was faster in both actions and thinking than before. At the twenty-second follow-up visit, patient had been to the public hospital to test the PSA level. The value was sixteen, four points higher than the previous time. He was also tested at a laboratory two other times. The lowest one was tested two months ago with a value of 8.58. However, based on my experience, due to the patient’s strengthened heart, blood was able to reach places where it was not previously possible to reach, bringing out more toxins, so the PSA level would suddenly rise. After the large amount of toxins were discharged, the PSA level should return to normal. Patient said that sometimes he would get a pinprick sensation at the numb part of his left thigh. He also said that before he would not put his keys in the left pocket of his trousers because he could not feel anything due to the numbness and was afraid of scratching the skin without knowing.
Piercing pain in the left eye which later disappeared
After I returned to Hong Kong from the United States, patient told there was a piercing pain in his left eye a few days ago. He went to see an ophthalmologist. The ophthalmologist told him that it could be caused by a prominent suture, from his cataract surgery, suppressing the nerves, and suggested that he undergo another surgery to repair. I told him that it was a reaction to the Chinese medicine exerting its effect to repair the injured parts of the body. It was no big deal and would go away in one or two days. He accepted my opinion and did not undergo the operation. Sure enough, not too long after, the sting subsided and only a feeling of some pressure remained. By the thirty-first follow-up visit, he said that when he went to the public hospital for follow-up, his blood pressure was still very high, and the Western doctor required him to take Western medicine. As for the feeling of pressure in the left eye, it has gradually decreased, and sometimes it seemed it has disappeared. The night before the follow-up visit, he felt pressed with stomach gas, making it difficult for him to fall asleep.
Patient’s blood pressure has not reduced for a long time. I think it was related to the numbness of his left thigh. The amount of blood stasis accumulated was a lot blocking the blood vessels. I suggested to increase the strength of the medicine. Patient immediately approved of my suggestion. By the forty-third follow-up visit, patient told me that he had been to the public hospital for a follow-up visit. His blood test was normal, cholesterol, blood lipids, and all hepatic enzyme indexes were also normal, only the blood glycae was slightly higher. The number of morning erections has also increased. His sex organ was 50% to 60% harder and there was no problem with intercourse.
Patient later told me another good news, saying that in his blood test a few days ago, its PSA level dropped from sixteen to ten. This has proved that my theory is correct, that after a large amount of toxins was excreted from the body and after a period of time, PSA level would drop. Patient has been treated for ten months and the progress was really good. Two months later, he said that he wanted to stop treatment due to financial problems. At that point, his sleep problems have been solved. He was able to fall asleep easily, and he was able to fall asleep again quickly after nighttime urination. During the day, his urination was strong. His semen was a little yellowish in color, the consistency was still insufficient, and morning erection appeared intermittently. His fatty liver problem has also improved, and the numb area of his left thigh continued to progress. His blood pressure remained high though. In order to maintain a healthy body after stopping the medicine, I gave him some soup recipes to supplement his liver and kidneys, including chicken feet black bean soup, red date stewed egg and so on. After a few years, I heard from the person who referred patient to me that after patient had stopped treatment, he moved to the mainland. So far he has been very healthy and has fully recovered from his prostate problems. From the initial diagnosis on May 2, 2008, to May 16, 2009, the treatment lasted for one year and a total of 56 treatments.
